The German US-Car-Club „V8Amigos“ is a motley bunch of 
US-Car Enthusiasts. The idea was born in an easygoing
boozy session in the inofficial headquarter in Duisburg-
Rheinhausen. We are neither a membership corporation nor
a commercial community – our shared aim is „meet and
drive“.
Every US-Car Owner who likes a casual ambience and who
is driving a V8 Bolide is invited to get in touch with us. Its
not relevant what brand or year of manufacture you are
driving - we will be pleased to share our hobby with you.
In 2012 and 2013 the “Duisburg US-Cars & Bikes Charity
Meeting“ was a charity performance for young person at
risk. Organizer and Sponsor was a cooperation between the
V8Amigos - the Community Center Hagenshof and the
district bureau Hagenshof of the city of Duisburg. All
members of staff have worked in an honorary capacity and
all cash receipts were in benefit of the support and
advancement for young person at risk.
In 2014 the new “Duisburg LogPort Charity Event” was
founded under the slogan “Keep it simple and smart - there
is enough place in the smallest cottage” and with the motto
”We can afford to help children in need”. For the next
decade the V8Amigos want to invite vintage car owners to an
anual “all brand meeting”.
